ICSR 2018 will be held at the Quintana Building of the Rey Juan Carlos University, in Madrid, Spain. Madrid is a leading European technology region, and a center for innovation and hi-tech industry and hosts many cultural events and museums.
Traveling to and from Madrid
Madrid Adolfo Suárez – Barajas airport offers connections to the majority of European capitals, arriving to terminals T1, T2, T3, T4. The airport is well-connected to the city center by Metro, bus, local train and taxi. The cheapest and straightforward way to arrive to the conference location is the Metro.

Getting around in Madrid
Quintana Building is inthe downtown area with many hotels, shops, and entertainment. There are frequent busses between downtown and airport, and between the main station and various parts of the city. For getting from downtown to Quintana Building, Metro and walking are recommended and fastest, although there are bus services.
Spanish public transportation generally uses an integrated payment system covering both Metro and buses, using Metrobus.
Getting to the conference location
From terminals T1, T2, T3, T4 you should take line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios station (end of the line). After, use line 6 (grey) to arrive at Argüelles station. The conference side is 5 minutes walking from the Metro station.
